Our Recepies are less oil, Easy Quick  tasty above all Healthy.

Just two vessels enough to cook so no need to waste time near sink.

RAJMA (Kidney Beans).


Rich source of Protein & Insoluble Fiber

Maximum Magnesium, potassium, zinc,iron,copper, folate.

Rich in many vitamins.

INCORPORATE in Food:

As Rajma masala ,baked Rajma with veg salads,in curries etc.

Let we roll into Recepie RAJMA MASALA. 

INGREDIENTS 

Soaked Rajma before night  1 cup

For Masala:

Big onions 2 chopped. 

Big tomatoes 3 to 4 cut pieces. 

Fennel  1 spoon 

Garlic 5 flakes

Ginger  small piece.

For Thawing:

Oil 2 to 3 spoons 

Spices..cinnamon, clove,cardamom, bay leaf.

Turmeric powder  

Curry Masala powder  or sambar  powder .

HOW TO PREPARE:

Soak Rajma in water the previous night. 

Say  for about 9 to 10 hrs.

Grind all the ingredients mentioned under masala preparation in a mixer jar to paste.   

Pressure cook Rajma in 1:3 ratio of water for 4 to 5 whistles  or  for 10 minutes. 


Side by keep a pan in another stove ,add oil after heated.


Add spices to the heated oil.


Add the ground paste to the oil.


Ours is Less Oil Recepie,  so in low flame cook the paste well until the raw smell goes off. 

When oil separates add turmeric, curry masala powder ,salt to taste .

Mix well to get a spicy aroma. 

Add the mixed the pressure cooked Rajma in the cooker.


Mix well in low flame  & cook for 5 minutes.


Garnish with coriander leaves. 

Tasty Healthy Easy Rajma Masala ready.


Goes well with Rice,Chapathi, Poori, Phulka.
