Nature Keeps us engaged with different experiences by exposing us to different Seasons. One such Season is SUMMER.
Summer is awesome to some and awful to some. But every one can make it awesome with little changes in our life styles.
Health is the first word comes to our mind .
"How I'm going to save my body, from the heat?"
How can I protect my skin from sun rays?"
"How can I enjoy my holiday trip in this scorching Sun?"
"How will I take care of my kids and family during summer?" Is another quest.
Though there are so many answers available around the world, the only easy,simple,harmless , solution for all these questions is
UNIVERSAL SOLVENT, water & VITAMINS.
Hydrate yourself frequently with more water.
Develop the habit of drinking water frequently in your kids and every member of your family.
Always carry water with you.
Provide water in your workplace to all your colleagues.

Fruits and vegetables are the richest source of all vitamins and minerals.
By adding them to our normal diet and meals, we are helping our body to be healthy with good immunity to face all climatic conditions .
How to get all nutrients from fruits and vegetables?
How to prevent the loss of nutrients from fruits and vegetables?
🔸️Make sure your fruits and vegetables are fresh.
🔸️Non refrigerated fresh fruits and vegetables are more Nutritious than refrigerated ones.
🔸️Don't refrigerate cut fruits and vegetables aasit leads to loss of vitamins.
🔸️Cut fruits and vegetables should be consumed within 20 minutes to get all nutrients in them.
🔸️Though can be consumed upto 4 hours, there would be loss of nutrients.
🔸️Don't wash fruits and vegetables after cutting . Wash them before cutting to prevent loss of nutrients.
🔸️Don't swallow them whole. Chewing in mouth helps mixing with enzymes when enhances digestion and absorption.
🔸️Don't overcook.
🔸️Go for lab tests for deficiency checks after 30years twice annual and for below 30 years once in a year.
How to manage summer with vitamins and minerals/ Fruits and vegetables.
🔸️Drink 3 to 4 litres of water daily. Always carry your water bottle with you.
🔸️Try to avoid refrigerated cool water. Drink water with normal room temperature.
🔸️Add all varieties of fruits to your morning breakfast and lunch.
🔸️Take unfiltered juices without sugar.
Please don't filter off the pulp while making juice which leads to loss of nutrients and fibre.
🔸️Add raw vegetables as salads with meals just with little pepper and salt.
🔸️Make soups of vegetables and serve them to your family fresh.
🔸️Intake of more fruits and vegetables and more water keeps you free from all diseases like skin rashes,hard urine release, hard bowel movements ,tiredness due to perspiration, heat rashes by boosting your immunity against them.
