Quick Easy EGG FRIED RICE Recipe in 10 minutes.

 Hi Galaxians, 

Welcome to our Galaxy!.

Whenever Iam or you are busy with your work, either at office or at home or workouts, sometimes we feel lazy to cook.

And if we have some cooked  Rice left without any curry or 

if you want to pack a simple Lunch Box Recepie for your kids, why not ,even for us...Egg Fried Rice is a Good Choice!!!! 

Ours  will be  always Less Oil Recepie,  so meed to follow small technique here...

Ingredients:

Two Eggs for one cup cooked Rice

Basumathi Rice or Any cooked Rice-0ne cup.

Oil 3 spoons.

Onion  2nos. Cut into pieces .

Chilli 3 nos . Cut into pieces. 

Pepper powder 

Ajinamoto (optional).

Salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE :

1.Cook Rice in 1:2 cup  ratio of rice & water. 



          

2.Beat the eggs in a cup.


3.Add 3 spoons of oil to a hot pan


4.Add cut onions  & chillies to the heated oil.


5.Fry in medium flame.

6.When the onions turn to light golden colour, just move them to one side of the pan andadd the beaten Eggs. 


7.As ours is Less oil Recepie, keep in low flame & fry the egg until they become scrambled. 

   

8.When scrambles are formed add required spoon of Pepper.  Ajinamoto can be added along with Pepper.  

But it is optional only. If you think it is not necessary & if you are preparing the dish for kids please don't add. 

9.Add salt for your taste buds need.


10.Mix all well when the scrambles become nonstick.

11.Now add cooked Rice to the pan mix well at high flame just for 3 min. If needed add oil.


12. Check for final taste.Switch off the stove. 

Tasty,Healthy Egg Fried Rice Ready in just 10 minutes, if already you have cooked Rice.
